Want to Join our Team?
High Standards Access is always keen to hear from experienced roping technicians. We are based in the ACT and most of our work is in or around this area.

Qualifications required:
- White Card
- IRATA level 1
- Asbestos Awareness Training (compulsory in ACT)
- Working at Height
- First Aid
Note: Staff members need to be able to complete base line security checks if required (the successful applicant should have nothing preventing this check from being successfully completed).
Nice to have but not essential:
- EWP training
- IRATA level 2 or Above
- Working with vulnerable people
- Any Height Safety System Training for example SAYFA
High Standards Access provides a variety of services including window cleaning, painting, height safety system certification and installation, standby rescue and general at height tasks/maintenance. The successful applicant is required to be adaptable to each of these areas and having some experience installing anchors would be an advantage.

Not Qualified and Would Like to Join the Team?
High Standards Access will consider enthusiastic people wanting to start out in the industrial rope access trade. However due to the high cost of training a new staff member we require some commitment from our future employee. This would be in the form of committing to and 'arriving' with your own IRATA, White Card and Working Safety at Height qualification and Asbestos Awareness training. This can be done through the following organisations:
Loadwise Australia

Working Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204D)
Atlas Access
IRATA Level 1
White Card/Construction Induction (CPCCWHS1001) - There are a variety of courses, as long as it is valid in the ACT.
